A customer reached out to us needing to clean batches of steel parts that varied in size. None of these parts were heavy, but the cleaning specifications were stringent. Working with this customer, we were able to design a washing system that was able to effectively clean multiple batches of small steel parts within a given time frame and according to specification.
This small inline washing system was designed to feed the parts through a belting system which then rinsed and then blew off the parts for usage in another process. We have designed many systems of this type. Any system can be modified to target specific cleaning issues.
