Not only does AEC Systems build washing systems, we also offer stand-alone drying systems to our customers. Do you have parts that do not necessarily need to be washed but must be dried? This may be because the machining coolants are removing the contaminants or you may already have a parts washer you use but it is not getting your part dry. When a dedicated dryer makes sense
- Coolant already removes the soil. If machining fluids keep parts clean but leave an oily moisture film, a washer is overkill. A precision dryer is faster and more economical.
- Existing washer, poor dry-off. Add a dedicated dryer after your current washer and eliminate hand-wiping or long air-dry dwell times.
- Mixed workflows. Some components require a full wash, others only need moisture removed before inspection, coating, or assembly. A stand-alone dryer gives you that flexibility without disrupting throughput.
