Reducing Scrap with an Automated Dip Tank System

AEC Systems built this automated dip tank system for one of our customers. Their current washing system was resulting in some parts being scrapped out, due to leaving them in an acid bath too long. Not only did the parts need to be submerged for a specific amount of time, but they needed to be rinsed off quickly after the acid soak. We automated their line to reduce scrap that was caused by possible operator error.
